The Layders are a musical collective based in Johannesburg, South Africa, founded in 2008. Their intricate mix of Neo Soul, Hip Hop, Bossa Nova, Dance and Kwaito creates a style that is uniquely theirs, enjoyed by a multitude of audiences from across all genres and generating their own unique sound.

The Layders’ current single #PuffTheJones was released March 2014 and has been well received by radio and TV stations across the country and internationally. It is a collaboration between the duo and recording artist/ producer- Kaznova.
In June 2014 The Layders were invited to perform at the prestigious festival ‘Week-end au borde l’eau’ in Sierre, Switzerland. They performed alongside South African DJ Culoe De Song and international acts like Bruk Boogie Kru and Tortured Soul.
“We are excited about the future and the working relationship that we are about to build with ShowLove. We’re looking forward to sharing our unique sounds and taking them to greater heights with ShowLove” says the duo/ musical collective – The Layders.
The management deal brings ShowLove Music to a whole new dimension, spreading its wings into Neo Soul, Bossa Nova, Dance and Kwaito.
